Sometimes Willow helps me put a homebrew on. After much experimentation I’m happy to report that I have successfully brewed beer in my van. It was brewed in a 1.25l bottle with 100gms of Coopers Pale Ale kit, brewing yeast, and sealed with an Oztop (google for more info, commonly used for cider). The Oztop allows CO2 to be released whilst still maintaining carbonation in a one step process. After 2 weeks the brew was ready and was pretty awesome!
